Nicola Ley loves working with the five elements and how they emerge in our lives. Nicola has been teaching about Chinese Medicine for 40 years, delivering Shiatsu and Qigong teacher training since the 1980’s and has taught around the world.  She has a bank of Qigong practices which she will tailor for the group and the element of the day. The Qigong is aimed especially for building healthy immune systems, for our body, heart and mind.

Heather has always felt a strong connection with holistic approaches to health and has had an interest in the mind-body relationship, transformational dialogue and energy healing as well as a deep love of nature and our intrinsic relationship with the world. She has a busy Shiatsu practice in Bristol, together with teaching Qigong and Shiatsu. Since qualifying in 2012, what has followed has been a profound wealth of learning which provided a landscape of felt sense, emotional acknowledgement and wisdom of the body experience, a new doorway through which the world of personal healing could be discovered and explored.
