Jo opened her cafe, the Blonde Beet, in 2021. She joined Helen in Bath in 2019 after the opportunity for a career change arose. The daily selection of hot dishes, cakes and salads have seen this award-winning Lincolnshire cafe go from strength-to-strength.

Dolma, a vegan Mediterranean street food and catering business in Nottinghamshire is run by Sam. She joined Helen in Bath for Demuths Level 2 Diploma in 2022.

The Cooking Flea
Carmen, a Demuths Level 2 Diploma alumni, now regular supper clubs at her home in Bristol. The supper club guests experience her infectious passion and enthusiasm for plant-based cooking.

Green House Plant Based Dining
Having completed Level 2 and Level 3 of the Demuths Vegan Diploma, Rachel started a monthly pop-up restaurant on the outskirts Bristol, offering delicious seasonal dishes.

Flying Squirrel Vegan Cheese
A long-time Demuths regular and alumni of the Diploma, Colm started making vegan cheese in 2019. It has been great to watch his business grow but unfortunately for us, for the time being at least, his cheese is only available in Ireland.

Chefs!
Over the years, we’ve helped many chefs, including yacht chefs and retreat chefs - too many to name here but lots have gone on to do great things!
